Rules of Play
We provide a safe and entertaining venue for everyone.
Important Health Notice
Please do not visit if you or your child has experienced vomiting or diarrhoea in the last 48–72 hours.
Play Room Rules

Children should use toilets and wash hands before entering the play area.

Leave badges and jewellery with parents or guardians. Spectacles are permitted only with retainers and shatter-proof lenses.

Remove shoes before entering the play area.
- 4
Socks must be worn at all times inside the play area.
- 5
Contact a member of staff immediately if you have any problems.

Children require constant adult supervision at all times.

Do not play in front of slide exits.
- 8
Avoid clothing with ropes or cords.
- 9
No sharp objects are permitted in the play area.

Fighting or bullying will result in immediate removal from the venue.

Climbing netted walls or structural framework is strictly forbidden.

No food, drinks, or chewing gum are permitted in the play area.
- 13
Smoking and the use of fire are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Unwell children must not enter the play area.
- 15
Objects must not be thrown between children.
