All i can say is, value for money, great food, safe, comfortable, and fabulous staff at hand. What more is needed from a Soft Play ! Thank you all, Bill, and the kids….
We found this lovely Soft Play after going to Ninja Warrior and found the toddler play was deflated and out of use. Zone Play Cardiff was nearby which was great. The staff were superb with my Grandchildren, and really made the visit special for them as we had not been here before. They also do not charge for adults which is a huge saving on entry as there were 3 adults in total which would have cost us £6 extra at most Play Centres. Food was cooked well, and again very reasonably priced. Fully recommended Soft Play, clean, and fabulous staff. Thank you very much to the owners, and staff on duty today, for your hospitality. Excellent Soft Play. Plenty of activities for all ages, Staff always cleaning, and nothing is a problem for them. We took my 82 year old Mother would us to see her Grandchildren playing, and the staff treated her so well with table service. Really impressed with this level of detail. Thank You all. Great Playcentre. We visited in March just before lock down. Very Safe, and welcolming staff. Very recommended for smaller children to play in a safer environment than many boisterous centres we have been too. We will return when re-opened. Barbara Jones.
Called into Zone Play today with my grand children. Lovely surprise to see a fully clean carpeted floor Play Area, with Air Con. Instantly felt more secure with the little ones playing, compared to the slippery laminate floors at other venues. Large Play Frames are also visible from all the seating areas, which again is perfect for the safety value in seeing the children playing. Full menu options, and a very reasonable specials board. The staff and their attention to the business is exceptional. They just cannot do enough for visitors. We hadn’t been here before and called in while our car was being repaired over the road. We ended up staying for 3 hrs. Our daughter loved the Play frames, and the food was generous and very reasonable. Very impressed and will definitely return. Thanks to everyone, superb Play Centre. Busy at weekends, but what a great place. Very reasonably priced entry fees, and hot and cold food options which is exactly what you would expect from a play centre, i.e. Burgers, Chips, hotdogs, but also a healthy option with pasta, noodles, salads etc. Will definitely return to this well run, clean, family play centre. Both kids loved it !!

Visited Zone Play yesterday with my husband and daughter since our last time which was nearly 6 months ago. With refreshed interior decor, and menu changes, I have to say we were very impressed. Hats off to new owners. Thanks for a lovely couple of hours.. Mrs Joanne Crowley.
Just a note to express my appreciation to the team at Zone Play Cardiff. We returned today having last visited the centre some years ago. The immediate feeling on entering the business was superb. On a very cold January day with my grandchildren, the warmth was well appreciated, along with the atmosphere of the team there. A brilliant time had by all.
